Smt Poonam Jeswani
Smt Poonam Jeswani, Chief General Manager with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, she has been appointed as CFO of HURL w.e.f. 19.07.2024 and as a nominee director on the Board of AVFCCL w.e.f. 24.10.2025. A commerce graduate from the prestigious Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University, and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of India, she brings over three decades of experience in various areas of financial management, treasury & funds management, budgeting, internal audit, and concurrence.
Having worked at Indian Oil’s pipeline locations, Head Office, refinery units, R&D Centre, Corporate Internal Audit, and Corporate Training Centre, she has brought about many system improvements. She has also been instrumental in the introduction of new concepts and processes, as well as the standardization of manuals and compilation of use cases in finance.
